Why this is not just “spin many times”
Repeated spins with removal also create an order, but they take longer and invite mid-draw edits. A single Fisher–Yates shuffle (using the same secure random source) produces the entire sequence immediately.
You can still spin
The wheel remains available if you want a theatrical “who goes first” moment, then use Shuffle list for the rest of the agenda.
