NamesWheel draws names — it does not track dues or who has paid. Paste the members, spin, and remove each winner. Want everyone to watch? Share your screen or use the projector.
Use this when the job is a visible draw among members. Loading this template writes to the raffle wheel only. It does not record dues, and it does not import names from Instagram or TikTok. Type or paste the list yourself.
Drawing one name for this month’s turn
Type the members who paid into this round. Leave out anyone sitting out, and do not keep last year’s roster “just in case.” One line per member. If a household shares a turn, put the household on one line so the draw cannot pick both partners in the same month.
Spin once. Read the name from the dialog and write it in the group’s own notes with the date. The wheel does not send the result to the other members. Whoever holds the link or the browser is the person who must pass the name along in the chat the group already uses.
Remove the winner from the next month’s list, or turn on don’t-repeat and keep the same browser only if that browser is the group’s record. A new phone will not remember the elimination. When the pool is down to the last few names, read the remaining lines aloud before the spin so everyone can see who is still in.

Common questions
How do I draw an arisan online without an app?
Open this template or the raffle wheel, paste member names, and press Spin. No install and no account. The list stays in this browser.
How do I keep someone who already won from coming up again?
Leave Don’t repeat winners on. Each winner leaves the pool until you start a new round.
Does NamesWheel track arisan dues?
No. NamesWheel only draws names. It does not record payments, balances, or who has paid.
How can every member watch the draw?
Share your screen on Zoom or Meet, or open Stream mode and paste the overlay into OBS.
