Yes or no template

This yes or no template opens the two-slice wheel with Yes and No ready. Spin for a quick decision, or add Maybe if you need a third way out. It is a starting list you can edit after one click.

Load this list and spin

What this template loads

  • Yes
  • No

Use it when the group is stuck on a binary: stay or go, keep or cut, now or later. The slices are equal unless you change weights on the weighted wheel. This page is a starting list, not advice. If the choice is serious, treat the spin as a tie-breaker. You can add Maybe as a third slice after it loads. The tool only picks a label.

The decision wheel is the next step when you have three named options. The icebreaker guide has party uses for a yes or no flip. Loading Yes/No writes to the yes or no tool and does not touch other tools’ saved lists on this device. NamesWheel does not interpret the question.

When a two-slice wheel is enough

Use this list when the group has already narrowed the choice to yes or no and only needs a public coin. Leave the two words as they are. Adding a third slice such as maybe turns the draw into a different question, and then the decision template is the better card.

Say the question out loud before you spin, and write it on the board if the room will argue later about what was asked. The wheel does not store the question, only the two answers. Spin once. A second spin because the first answer was unpopular is a new decision, and you should say that out loud too.

Weights belong here only when the group has agreed that one answer should be rarer. If both answers must be equal, leave both weights at one. Check the numbers in the list before a meeting so a leftover weight from last week does not tilt today.
